Nadeem Ibn Calypso is Nawari's first foal and one of the few Calypso OS children in Europe. Maja Schläpfer was spellbound by Calypso OS when she saw him as a barely three-week-old foal. The joy of having a son from him today, a chip off the old block, is all the greater. He has an incredible presence and upright posture and has dancing and bouncy movements. Currently Nadeem is in the foal pasture in a herd with about 25 young stallions, where he will be able to grow up to be strong and sociable. Depending on how he develops, we would like to bring him to the stud farm at the age of 3 to 3.5, to see where his future path will lead. He is one of the few stallions in which we see breeding potential.
